The largest outlet mall in the Kansai region, Rinku Premium Outlets are home to a large number of famous-brand shops. If you're in the area to shop, these outlets should be your first stop. The shopping complex is divided into the "Main Side Area" and "Sea Side Area," and you'll have fun just strolling throughout both zones to see what's on offer. Furthermore, if you ascend the staircase next to the bus stop, you'll be treated to a sweeping view of the ocean.

Rinku Dining
The "Rinku Dining" food court, which made its debut in summer 2020 in the Sea Side Area, was designed to resemble a ship with a panoramic view of Osaka Bay. The window seats here are particularly popular. Dining selection includes restaurants making their first-ever showing in a Kansai-region outlet mall. At Panda Express, for example, you can enjoy an American-style take on Chinese cuisine. After eating your fill, step out for a stroll on the nearby beach!
After a long day of shopping, take a breather with some time at the beach. Marble Beach offers a beautiful visual contrast with its white, rounded-stone expanse set against the blue sea. When the weather is nice, you'll find yourself wanting to sit here and just admire the ocean all day long. By the way, the view of the sunset from this beach has been chosen as one of Japan's top 100 sunset vistas!

Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle is easy to find thanks to its giant Ferris wheel, known to many as the "Rinku no Hoshi." This shopping center is one of the area's two main commercial complexes (along with the nearby Rinku Premium Outlets), so stop at Seacle and continue your shopping spree in Rinku! The giant Ferris wheel offers excellent views of the massive Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, Awaji Island and more, and at night the entire wheel lights up to create a splendid spectacle. With just a bit of tinkering, you can take some wonderful nighttime photos in front of the wheel!

At Taiwanese-style cafe Shao Yan Chun, you can have boba and other popular sweets, and even enjoy full lunch and dinner options. The carefully designed interior, hand-picked tea sets and other such details ensure that you have a relaxing experience with a touch of the exotic.
If you head down the street on the left-hand side of the street after leaving Rinku-town Station, you'll come across Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle and Rinku Premium Outlets. Walk along the right-hand side, however, and you'll find yourself at Rinku Park. After you stroll along a path surrounded on both sides by blossoming flowers, the large arched bridge will come into view. Enjoy outstanding sea views from this park as you watch planes rise into the air from Kansai International Airport, and don't forget to snap a photo near the "Love Rinku" monument—this park is a popular destination for couples.
